THE ENERGY CORRIDOR FIRST NATIONS
LOGO ARTWORK COMPETITION
The Energy Corridor First Nations (ECFN) is a consortium of 11 Ontario First Nations which have united to build, own and operate major electrical transmission infrastructure in our treaty and traditional lands.
ECFN is hosting an open call for First Nation artists across Canada to submit two-dimensional art pieces for a chance to win in up to three categories: First Place – $1,000, Second Place – $500, and Third Place – $100.
Artwork Concept: ECFN needs a unifying logo. We are seeking artwork which embodies some of the following concepts: economic reconciliation, First Nations sovereignty and unity, opportunities for future generations, prosperity, traditional knowledge, land stewardship and electrical transmission infrastructure.
Who can enter the contest: Self-identifying First Nation artists from across Canada are invited to submit a two-dimensional original piece of art to ECFN either in high-quality electronic format or in hardcopy. Artists may submit multiple entries.
